What data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and whether you are interested as a mentee or mentor. We also receive the language/locale you use on the site.

If you contact us directly by email, we process the information you choose to send.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to contact you when the platform launches, send relevant updates about tech-coach.org, and — if you indicated mentor interest — send an application process.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) when joining the waitlist, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)) when you email us.

Retention and deletion

Waitlist data is kept until you withdraw consent or until it is no longer needed for launch — typically up to 24 months without activity.

You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Third parties

The waitlist form is submitted via Formspree. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not share your data with others for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This landing page does not use tracking cookies. Language switching does not require cookie consent. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated.
