After 16 years as a tech lead and architect, I've lost count of how many times the right conversation with the right person could've saved me months. Most mentorship platforms take 20-30% and feel like a subscription trap. I'm building tech-coach.org because good advice should be accessible — and because the mentors giving it deserve to keep what they earn.

The first 1,000 mentors pay 5 percent for 12 months from when they become visible.

A session is a conversation with a mentor about your cases, code, career, or team. A standard session is 60 minutes, and the length can be agreed.
