What is tech-coach.org?

tech-coach.org is a mentorship platform for developers, tech leads, architects, and engineering managers in Europe. We match mentees with experienced mentors who speak their language and understand European work culture.

The platform is under development. Until booking opens, you can join the waitlist as a mentee or apply to become a mentor.

Our approach

Most international mentorship platforms take 20–30% commission. We take around 10% to cover payments and infrastructure — the rest goes to the mentor.

Every mentor is manually approved before appearing on the platform. That prioritises quality and trust over volume.

Who is behind it?

tech-coach.org was founded by Daniel G., a tech lead and software architect with 16+ years of experience in regulated, scalable environments.
